(Had to re-submit because I accidentally used the .PSD file instead of the .PNG... ORZ)
So this is my half of the art trade with my friend Drax254. At first, I thought of doing baby Muttley as a chibi, but I changed him to stay in his regular cartoon style. I thought the over-sized hat was a nice touch to make him even more cute~ Hope you like it Drax~
